Because every item ships from Georgia and is made or sourced individually for each order, the cost and time of return shipping make returns and exchanges impractical—so we don’t accept them. Please order carefully and reach out with any questions before you buy. The one exception: if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email contact@georgianmade.com with a photo within 14 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
