What materials are used in your products?
Scarves are 100% silk, hand-printed by the Mandili workshop. Lapel pins are enamel on metal (Sabnevi). Bags are genuine leather or carved wood; socks are wool. Everything is handmade in the country of Georgia.
Do you offer custom or personalized orders?
Each piece is handmade and sold exactly as shown, individually sourced from its artisan for your order. We don't currently offer custom colors or engraving, but every item is naturally one of a kind. Questions about a specific piece? Email contact@georgianmade.com.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Because every item ships from Georgia and is sourced individually for your order, all sales are final—we can’t accept returns or exchanges. The one exception: if your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email contact@georgianmade.com with a photo within 14 days and we’ll replace it or refund you.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive in about two weeks. Each piece is made or sourced directly from the artisan after you order, then shipped—so a little patience gets you something genuinely handmade.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship from Georgia to the United States. Elsewhere? Email contact@georgianmade.com and we’ll see what’s possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships we email you a tracking number. No email within a few days? Reach out at contact@georgianmade.com.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Email contact@georgianmade.com with a photo within 14 days and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
